Operating Principle
The EnerVolt Static Frequency Converter performs power conversion in two controlled stages:
- AC–DC Conversion
The incoming AC supply is processed through a robust rectification stage, producing a stable DC link. This stage is designed to withstand wide input voltage and frequency variations while maintaining high reliability under demanding load conditions. - DC–AC Inversion
The regulated DC energy is then converted into a precisely controlled AC output using high-performance IGBT-based PWM inverter technology. Advanced digital control algorithms generate a clean, low-distortion sine wave at the required output frequency.
An output isolation transformer ensures galvanic separation between input and load, enhancing safety, noise immunity, and system robustness.
